Solar Panels
The right panels depend on your roof shape, how often you move, and whether you boondock or mainly stay in campgrounds with hookups.

Sizing Rule of Thumb
Plan for 200W of solar per 100Ah of battery capacity. A 200Ah lithium bank typically needs 400W of panels in average sun conditions.

Inverters
An inverter converts 12V DC battery power to 120V AC for laptops, monitors, and other electronics. Pure sine wave is required for sensitive electronics — never use modified sine wave with laptops or medical devices.
